The Crucible

Experience passion, betrayal, and heartache in Puritan New England with Arthur Miller’s famous play The Crucible.

The hour-long ReadSalem walking tour takes you downtown to explore how and where the characters and the real people faced the most trying time of their lives in 1692.

The last stop on the tour is the historic Salem Athenaeum, where you’ll meet for a book discussion in the cozy reading room to discuss the play and its relevance today.

Support a third local business by purchasing your copy of The Crucible at Salem’s own Wicked Good Books!

My goal is to foster a comfortable and open environment for learning and fun. Feel free to email or call (978.219.6850) me with any questions relevant to your own needs on the tour.
